Additionally, at the time of purchase, CarMax provides customers the option to buy MaxCare, an extended service plan, which covers many higher-cost mechanical and electrical vehicle repairs. CarMax offers a 30-day/****-mile (whichever comes first) Money Back Guarantee and a 90-day/4000-mile (whichever comes first) limited-service warranty on all vehicles it sells.
